Stephanie Collins is Co-founder and Chief Patient Officer of Lunuova Therapeutics, a pharmaceutical company developing new therapeutics for women. Her career spans more than three decades across clinical care, biotechnology, pharmaceutical development, and patient advocacy, with leadership experience advancing therapies in areas of high unmet need. Her current work includes addressing significant treatment gaps affecting women during midlife and menopause. Stephanie also serves as a strategic consultant to the Texas Woman’s University Institute for Women’s Health and as a member of the TWU Foundation Board. She served as Executive Producer of BALANCE: A Perimenopause Journey, a documentary examining the science, lived experience, and broader societal impact of perimenopause.

Nate Von Uhl serves as an embedded Chief Security Officer and consultant for a major hospital network in Washington, where he focuses on solving complex security and operational challenges.

A former Navy SEAL with extensive military and law-enforcement experience, Nate brings a mission-driven, practical approach to identifying vulnerabilities, strengthening organizations, and developing solutions that work in real-world environments.

Pamela Nelson is Founder, President & CEO of Bracane Company, Inc., a CRO providing clinical operations, regulatory compliance, quality management, and professional placement services to federal agencies, health systems, payers, and life science sponsors nationwide. Dr. Nelson brings more than four decades of clinical and research leadership, beginning at the bedside as a registered nurse and advancing through oncology, maternal-infant, home health, and community health practice. Under her direction, Bracane has supported hundreds of clinical trials and regulatory audits, with particular depth in regulatory oversight, site monitoring, and inspection readiness.

Sean Simonini oversees government affairs at Strand Therapeutics, a clinical-stage biotechnology company developing genetic medicines for cancer and autoimmune diseases. Sean has driven numerous efforts to promote and protect America’s lead in biomedical innovation. A scientist by training, he brings his experience at the bench to support innovators in liaising with state and federal partners to build a resilient American biotechnology ecosystem for the 21st century and beyond. Prior to his time at Strand, Sean advised state legislators in Massachusetts on policy development and founded a nonprofit to convene early-stage and aspiring founders.  

Deborah Westphal is Chief Executive Officer of the Karen Toffler Charitable Trust, a philanthropic organization dedicated to advancing brain health by investing in innovative neuroscience research and supporting early-career scientists pursuing bold, high-impact ideas. Through strategic funding and scientific collaboration, the Trust helps accelerate discoveries that improve lives. Previously, Westphal served as CEO of Toffler Associates, the strategic advisory firm founded by futurists Alvin and Heidi Toffler. She led the firm's work with Fortune 500 companies, government agencies, and defense organizations, helping leaders anticipate disruption, navigate uncertainty, and develop strategies for an increasingly complex world. 

Matthew Amato serves as Interim Chief Executive Officer of PanoLume Medical, Inc., a Rice University spinout developing innovative photoacoustic imaging technologies and molecular reagents for the detection and management of lymphatic disorders. He earned his Ph.D. in Molecular Biophysics from the University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center. Currently, his work focuses on advancing the commercialization of the ARPA-H LIGHT team’s VISTA-LYMPH and DIAMOND-P platforms, guiding their development from early-stage prototypes through preclinical validation, clinical studies, and regulatory clearance.

Martha Fowler, PhD, is Co-Founder and CEO of SteerBio, a Rice University spinout at the Texas Medical Center developing a regenerative therapy for lymphedema, a condition affecting 10 million americans and 250 million globally, with the majority being cancer survivors such as in breast cancer with no approved treatment.

SteerBio's lead program is advancing towards the clinic with ARPA-H support. Martha also co-chairs the Texas chapter of LE&RN, the national advocacy group for lymphatic disease.

Tom Luby Ph.D. is the Chief Innovation Officer of the Texas Medical Center.  In this role, he oversees all of the innovation efforts of TMC focused on research, education, and commercialization of novel healthcare solutions. 

Prior to this, he was the head of JLABS @ TMC in Houston, Texas.  In that role, he catalyzes and support the translation of science and technology into valuable solutions for patients and consumers across the pharmaceutical, medical device and consumer healthcare sectors.

Georgia Ravitz focuses on matters before the FDA, counseling U.S. and international life science, healthtech and consumer product clients through all phases of the product lifecycle including strategic pre-market regulatory counseling, promotions and advertising, and post-market regulatory compliance. Georgia’s deep experience and ability to provide practical guidance in FDA and FDA-adjacent regulatory matters allows her to work closely with innovative companies looking to minimize regulatory burdens and maximize U.S. marketing opportunities in the life science and health tech industry verticals. She also conducts regulatory due diligence for private equity and public company transactions involving life science, medtech and innovative companies.
