North Texas Biomanufacturing Pulse Survey

North Texas is at a pivotal moment for biomanufacturing. The BioNTX Life Sciences Manufacturing Initiative is aligning experts, assets, and insight to accelerate growth, attract investment, and expand manufacturing capacity across the region. Help shape what comes next. BioNTX invites stakeholders to complete a short survey that will directly inform regional strategy and future initiatives.

Background:

  • The BioNTX Life Sciences Manufacturing Initiative brings together a select, independent group of senior subject-matter experts to guide, align, and prioritize the state’s most critical biomanufacturing efforts. Our mission is to strengthen North Texas’ biomanufacturing foundation by leveraging existing assets across academia, industry, workforce, and investment; identifying the strategic gaps that limit growth; and providing clear, expert direction to policymakers and partners. Through coordinated insight we aim to accelerate North Texas’ ability to compete (inter) nationally, attract investment, enhance manufacturing capacity, and advance the goals of a stronger, more efficient, and globally competitive life sciences manufacturing future for a Bigger Better Texas.

Purpose:

  • To establish a regional baseline to inform committee priorities, alignment of resources, and near-term actions.

Definition:

  • Emerging life science companies are early- to mid-stage life science firms developing innovative therapies, devices, diagnostics, or technologies, often pre-revenue or in early commercialization, with high growth potential and limited resources.
