Perfect Lens, LLC (“Perfect”) is a research and development company located in Irvine, California. Perfect was founded in 2013 with the goal of determining a way to modify an implanted IOL. Perfect, through 10 years of experimentation and testing, has created a technology (the “Technology”) which (i) enables a physician to adjust an implanted IOL to correct diopter or add premium features (the “In Vivo Application”), and (ii) enables a manufacturer to create a custom IOL or premium IOL with unique features at a low cost (the “Manufacturing Application”).
