AstraZeneca and Daiichi Sankyo have partnered with Summit Therapeutics to evaluate Datroway, a targeted cancer drug, in combination with ivonescimab across multiple cancer types, including lung and breast cancer. The collaboration is expected to begin with a Phase III clinical trial for first-line triple-negative breast cancer, an aggressive form of breast cancer. All three companies will contribute to clinical trial costs while retaining the development and commercial rights to their own medicines.
