Cowtown Angels Launch Second Fund

Cowtown Angels, Fort Worth’s leading angel investment network, is thrilled to announce the launch of Cowtown Sidecar Fund II (CSF-II), a special purpose vehicle (SPV) created to provide accredited investors with a unique opportunity for portfolio diversification. CSF-II offers members access to early-stage investments with a lower minimum commitment and a simplified process, ideal for those with limited time for due diligence. Closing on January 31st, the fund plans to invest in six high-potential companies.

This second iteration of the SPV builds on the success of Cowtown Sidecar Fund I, which supported innovative companies in life sciences, technology, AI-enabled supply chain management, industrial water purification, and sports NIL management.
