Health Wildcatters Partner with Seven North Texas Universities
The U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA) has named Health Wildcatters’ WISH Network Initiative as a Stage Two winner of the 2024 Growth Accelerator Fund Competition. This recognition, accompanied by a grant, will help WISH expand across North Texas university campuses, fostering a community for women in healthcare and STEM through mentorship and resources. The WISH Network, previously recognized as a Stage I recipient, collaborates with seven universities to create networking and educational opportunities for students and entrepreneurs, supporting STEM-focused small businesses in biotechnology and sustainability with SBA and Lyda Hill Philanthropies' support.
