Towerstone, the Dallas‑based wholesale insurance division of IMA Financial Group, announced it has acquired Gremesco, a Connecticut‑based wholesale broker with over 40 years of industry experience, strengthening Towerstone’s specialty wholesale platform and expanding its footprint in the Northeast. Gremesco will retain its local identity and leadership while benefiting from Towerstone’s infrastructure and market access to better serve clients and enhance brokerage and binding capabilities nationwide.
