Meta and CBRE Launch LevelUp Program to Train Thousands of Technicians for U.S. Data Center Expansion
Meta and CBRE announced LevelUp, a multiyear workforce development program designed to recruit and train thousands of fiber technicians to support the construction of Meta’s U.S. data centers. The initiative will establish training centers nationwide, equipping participants with skills in installing fiber optic cables, network systems, and other critical infrastructure, with no prior experience required. By addressing a growing shortage of skilled labor, the program aims to create job ready workers while supporting the rapid expansion of AI-driven data center infrastructure across the country.
