Houston ranked first, followed by Minneapolis-St. Paul, Denver-Boulder, St. Louis, and Pittsburgh, with Houston benefiting from major biomanufacturing investments, including Eli Lilly’s planned $6.5 billion facility and Bristol Myers Squibb’s planned $1 billion manufacturing site.
