A report by The Perryman Group underscores Pegasus Park as a key player in efforts to position Dallas, North Central Texas, and the state as leaders in life science innovation. The 46-page study highlights the life sciences sector's critical role in advancing public health. Pegasus Park, a 26-acre campus, offers cutting-edge office and lab spaces for over 20 biotech companies, accelerator programs, universities, and nonprofits. It was selected as the site for ARPA-H's Customer Experience Hub, a $2.5 billion federal initiative.
