RSM US LLP announced Aurora, an AI‑powered advisory platform, as the winner of its 2025 NextWave innovation program, recognizing it as the top idea among more than 165 global submissions focused on AI‑enabled solutions for the middle market. The initiative empowers employees to design technology‑driven tools that enhance client services and internal operations.  Aurora’s platform will move into a pilot phase at RSM to test its potential to improve advisory efficiency and accuracy. The firm’s innovation strategy also includes evaluating all finalist solutions for future development and donating $40,000 to a charity selected by the winning team.
