Sikich Acquires Jefferson Wells U.S. to Expand Risk, Compliance, and Finance Advisory Capabilities

Sikich announced the acquisition of Jefferson Wells U.S. from ManpowerGroup, significantly expanding its national professional services platform. The deal adds more than 300 employees and strengthens Sikich’s capabilities in risk management, compliance, finance, accounting, and tax advisory services across regulated industries. With Jefferson Wells generating about $76 million in U.S. revenue in 2025, the acquisition supports Sikich’s strategy to scale its consulting and technology-enabled services across North America.
