Solaris Endovascular appointed Eizo Nishimura as General Manager of Japan and Zaragoza “ZB” Briseño Jr. as Head of Manufacturing to support international expansion and production growth. Nishimura brings more than 40 years of medical device leadership experience, including launching drug-eluting stents in Japan, while Briseño has over 26 years of experience in manufacturing, process development, and scaling medical technologies. The appointments support Solaris’s global commercialization of its Solaris SX covered stent and continued clinical development of Solaris DE, an investigational drug-eluting stent designed to help prevent blood vessel narrowing after treatment.
