The Sumaira Foundation (TSF) is partnering with Good Days to provide financial assistance and support for those with neuromyelitis optica spectrum disorder (NMOSD) in the U.S. Good Days, a national nonprofit, has provided over two million grants and $3 billion in assistance since 2003, offering programs like premium, copayment, and travel assistance. TSF Founder Sumaira Ahmed says this partnership helps NMOSD patients start and continue treatment, while Good Days President Clorinda Walley emphasizes that it allows patients and families to focus on their health without financial hurdles.
