UNT Health Fort Worth Partners With BISD and Hill College on Accelerated Biomedical Careers Program
UNT Health Fort Worth has partnered with Burleson ISD and Hill College to launch the Accelerated Biomedical Careers (ABC) Initiative, a dual-credit program designed to fast-track high school students into healthcare and biomedical science careers. The program allows qualifying students to begin earning college credit while still in high school, with the opportunity to complete an associate degree and transition into a biomedical sciences bachelor’s pathway at UNT Health. This collaboration aims to reduce barriers to medical careers by giving students early exposure, structured academic pathways, and guaranteed admission opportunities for those who meet program requirements.
