UT Dallas Recieves Donation to Expand Processing Capabilities
Credit Union of Texas (CUTX) recently donated funds to the Naveen Jindal School of Management (JSOM) to acquire 10 high-performance workstations equipped with graphics processing units (GPUs). Originally designed for digital imaging and parallel processing, GPUs are now essential for complex data analytics in artificial intelligence (AI) applications. The new laboratory’s computers will be managed by the Jindal School’s Center for the Management of Financial and Digital Asset Technologies (FD-Tech Center).
