UT Tyler Faculty Member Inducted into the New York Academy of Medicine
The University of Texas at Tyler announced that Dr. Melinda Hermanns, professor and interim assistant dean at the UT Tyler School of Nursing, has been inducted as a fellow into the New York Academy of Medicine in recognition of her contributions to health, medicine, and public policy. Her induction highlights her commitment to improving the lives of individuals with chronic illness, educating future nurse leaders, and advancing research, innovation, and community health outcomes.
