UTA and TEES Launch New Biomanufacturing Hub in Dallas
The University of Texas at Arlington (UTA) and Texas A&M Engineering Experiment Station (TEES) opened a new satellite campus of the National Center for Therapeutics Manufacturing (NCTM2) at Pegasus Park in Dallas. The facility provides advanced labs and training space to support biotech startups, industry partners, and student workforce development. It will enable hands-on research and manufacturing in areas like cell culture, purification, and quality control. The hub positions North Texas as a growing center for biomanufacturing, innovation, and the bioeconomy.
