
UTSW Breaks Ground on Radiation Oncology Campus in Fort Worth
Marking a major milestone in cancer care for Fort Worth, UT Southwestern Medical Center has officially broken ground on a Radiation Oncology campus designed to bring the most advanced therapies to patients in the nation’s 12th-largest city. The new 65,000-square-foot facility will introduce Fort Worth’s first MRI-guided precision radiation treatment, representing a significant leap forward in local cancer care. Designed to meet the growing needs of patients across the region, the state-of-the-art campus is set to open in 2028 and will be seamlessly connected to UT Southwestern’s Moncrief Cancer Institute in the city’s Medical District.
