VaxDome and Matica Biotechnology announced a strategic partnership to advance antigen-agnostic antiviral vaccine hybrid candidates using VaxDome’s proprietary zIFV platform, with influenza serving as one of the initial disease models. Matica Bio will provide process development, analytical testing, and non-GMP and cGMP manufacturing support from its College Station, Texas facility to help move the technology toward clinical development. The collaboration aims to create next-generation antiviral solutions capable of providing broader protection against evolving viral threats while accelerating development of innovative vaccine technologies.
